Location data is transmitted to our servers as needed for route functionality.

Conversation Data

The App includes an AI-powered chat feature. Messages you send and receive within this feature are stored on our servers to maintain conversation history.

We use the information collected through the App exclusively for internal business operations, including:

  • Authenticating authorized users
  • Managing customer relationships and accounts
  • Planning and optimizing sales routes

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to our servers at app.jrwarehouse.co.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting services. The only external service used is Apple's MapKit for map display functionality, which is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Business data is retained on our servers for as long as necessary to support ongoing business operations. Users can delete AI chat conversations from within the App. Account and authentication data is retained for the duration of your employment or authorized access.

Your Rights

As an internal user, you may:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account data upon termination of access
